How to Lose 20 Pounds

the weight loss programs require you to diet. By dieting, I mean restricting your calories. Did you know that
this is the worst thing you could do? Depriving your body of essential nutrients and following a fad diet is an
exercise in futility. When you have quit the program, sure enough even if you were able to lose 20 pounds it
will come back. What is worse is you are probably going to add weight on top of that.
Dieting
is not the complete answer. While there are a few good programs out there, most promise overnight results. STAY
AWAY FROM THESE. In general, the faster the weight comes off, the faster it comes back. Dieting alone does not
solve the problem.
As odd as
it may sound, the reason you are unable to lose weight and keep it off, is the weight loss industry itself. They
sell you their snake oil. They sell you the dream. When the smoke clears and the money is gone, the weight comes
right back. The weight loss industry is a MULTI TRILLION DOLLAR industry. They know that people will buy their
products. They hope that you are looking for a quick fix.
The real
secret is this. Take care of your body,give it the nutrients it needs and become active. That means getting out
there and moving, sweating and having fun. That’s it. That is the answer to permenant weight
loss.
